The problem we are trying to solve is trying to let players know when practices are and making practices more efficient. The process starts with coach coming up with the idea of practicing. The idea is then passed on to the athletic director to try and contact transportation, trainers and drivers. He then has to find field ability. After that, if we can practice, players report to practice. If we cannot practice, we have to start the process over. Overall, our process model is divided into three swim lanes that represent the three different groups associated with our project (Kroenke, 2014, p.27).
