Write Up:

For our prototype, we chose to create a Google sheet to help our coaches organize practice. We chose Google sheets because it is a quick and easy way to share the schedule with every player and coach not on campus. To use the Google sheet, all our coach would have to do is simply share the document with us. With the schedule easily accessible, everyone will be able to see what is planned for the upcoming week. It will also be easy to see and changes that our coach puts into the schedule. An addition that he could make for next year in the fall and winter seasons, would be to place the location of our practice.

 We could have a sit down session with Coach Banner to show him how to use this sheet, and if he has any questions he will be able to ask us. Using this Google sheet will eliminate all of the confusion about our practices and what we are supposed to be doing. This will also get rid of wasted time at practice because everyone will have a certain thing to be doing for the whole two hour period.



 We hope that this prototype can be placed into effect for the rest of this season or potentially for next season. With this, we hope that downtime is decreased and more efficient practices will result in the future. We look forward to our coach potentially picking up this prototype.
